The Flo SKU Sync App is simple to use and designed to help you keep your inventory accurate, organized, and up-to-date across the same shared SKUs.
After installing, the app will fetch all the products found in your store for the first time. This process might take from a few seconds to minutes, depending on the products you have in your store.
Once the fetch is completed, you can turn 'ON' the Duplicate SKU Sync option from the Home Page of the app dashboard.
What Triggers a Sync?
Once enabled, the Flo SKU Sync app will automatically sync stock levels of all duplicate SKUs under the following conditions:
- When an order is placed on Shopify
- When a refund is processed
- When the item is restocked via the app dashboard
- When the stock is updated from the Shopify admin or any other app.
Notes:
- The app can sync duplicate SKUs across multiple Shopify locations.
- You can view and restock the inventory of all duplicate SKUs in just a few clicks using the "Quick view" and "Detail view" features.
- The app does not yet support the syncing of Inventory States (On Hand, Committed, etc.) It only supports syncing the 'Available' inventory state.
